Website hosting
Netlify hosts this website. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves processing technical request information such as your IP address, requested address, request time, and browser headers. Operational records may be used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. See Netlify’s privacy information.
The optional YouTube promo
The promo is hosted by YouTube, a Google service. Its placeholder and poster are served from this website. The YouTube player is not created or contacted until you choose “Allow YouTube.”
After you allow it, your browser connects to Google services. Google can receive your IP address, browser and device information, the referring website, and information about player use. YouTube may use cookies or browser storage for playback, security, measurement, and advertising.
We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed mode. This limits personalization associated with embedded video views; it does not mean Google receives no information or uses no storage. Google’s handling, retention, and international processing of this information are described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can also read YouTube’s description of privacy-enhanced embeds.
Your video choices
You can keep the video blocked and continue using the website. “Watch on YouTube” opens YouTube directly, where Google’s own policies and controls apply.
If you allow the embed, “Withdraw YouTube consent” below the player removes it and stops further player activity from this page. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent to Google or remove storage Google previously created.
The choice is held only in the current page’s memory. We do not save a consent cookie or a browser-storage preference. Reloading or leaving the page resets the player to blocked. Use the footer’s Video privacy settings link to return to these controls.
Website cookies, storage, and analytics
The website code does not set first-party cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage for visitor analytics, marketing, or consent preferences. It does not install advertising pixels or analytics SDKs. Screenshots and animation code are served locally.
This describes the website code, not the Android app or Google’s behavior after the optional video is enabled. Hosting services may still process operational request information as described above.
